Gassers are cool. Someday I’ll own one, but until then I’m going to drool over all of them that I can. Since I was little I’ve always loved Anglia’s, but this particular one is different than the pinched nose model’s I grew up loving that Anglia built from 1939 to 1953. Instead this is the 100E model which was much wider and contemporary looking, even though it was still quite small. While not nearly as common a drag racer, these suckers are still seen fairly regularly and are a cool looking little ride. This one has 302 cubic inches of small block Chevrolet under the hood and a custom built Muncie M22 4-speed attached to the shifter. Hell yes!

This is a new car that I have built and is currently going through it’s break-in miles.
Currently has 311 miles on it as of 1/16/2016 and the engine oil has been changed 3-times so far.
Basically, it’s a Fun Weekend Street Car that happens to be a 60’s style “GASSER” built to run in A/Gas class.
It is a light weight, short wheelbase (89″), high RPM 1/4 mile race car with current plates and registration for California.
