Bonneville Speed Week 2024 Photos – The Salt Is Good, The Cars Are Crushing Records, And Speed Demon, Alex Taylor, And More Are Looking For Hats!

It’s so good to be back out at Bonneville, and I’ve been shooting photos all day each day, along with contributors Claudia Robles and Stephen Komlos. We’re going to be posting a bunch more throughout the week, but here’s your dose for today!

(Photos by Chad Reynolds) We’re back! I’ve been gone from the salt for the last couple of years, but I’m back baby! Today was the first day of racing on the salt and it started off with a very relaxed pace. We’ve got tons of photos from the pits and staging lanes, and tomorrow we’ll bring you a bunch of on track photos as well. In fact, we’re going to bury you in photos this week so make sure you check back often.

Last year the courses were excellent, and the conditions nice and cool, but rain was a threat often. When it dried they only had a couple of courses, but the conditions were great so we are hoping for more of the same this year! Right now the salt is looking good so far, not wet, not dry, and we’re excited to be here even though it is 100 degrees outside.

As I said, I’ll be here on-site to shoot everything I can point a camera at. We’re going to make sure you have all the photos you could want and will be bringing you at least one gallery of Bonneville photos per day. This is our first, so use the link below to see the rest all week! And we’re heading to the Nugget Car Show right now to get even more cool stuff!

    Hi,
    Great photo’s. Does anyone have photo’s of motorcycles say 125, 250, 350cc
bikes. Look’s like a few raced. Thank you very much on sharing from someone who plans to be racing
first time in 2025 on 125 and 250.

    Respectfully
    Dave
