Cordless impact guns have been getting more and more popular, and more and more powerful, over the past couple of years. In fact it is a lot like the diesel wars between RAM, GM, and Ford, where they just kept outdoing each other on the power front. And then they all came out with a smaller version of their famed diesels. Well the cordless impact world is doing the same thing, because the compact impact gun market has boomed. While the giant power is awesome, most folks don’t need that for most of their uses, but having a gun that doesn’t take up a whole drawer in your toolbox is definitely a benefit.
