Tommy Lee Byrd Highlights Old School TREASURE at the Street Rod Nationals In Louisville Kentucky

Tommy Lee Byrd, The Hot Rod Hoarder and longtime BANGshift contributor, spent last weekend at the National Street Rod Association’s Street Rod Nationals in Louisville Kentucky and found all kinds of cool cars to share with all of us. Tommy has a great eye for the vintage and cool, and never fails to find the stuff that really turns our crank. He is especially into the old school stuff. Period correct hot rods, customs, and race cars are really special. Check out his favorites from the NSRA Nationals.

Video Description:

I love to find all the historic hot rods and customs at the NSRA Street Rod Nationals. The event is full of all types of hot rods, muscle cars and more, but I love the old school stuff. I found some good treasure this year, including a historic Model A hot rod with an ultra rare electric supercharger. As always I go through the swap meet, hoping to find something to add to our collection, but didn’t have any luck this time…although I did see some cool stuff along the way. The highlight of the swap meet was a pancake-style McCullough Supercharger, likely from the 1930’s. So many great things to see at the Street Rod Nationals…here are my highlights!
