Parts on race cars wear out and get beat up. It is just part of the deal. And sometimes parts just have to be replaced when they get worn or beat up. But some parts can be repaired or reconditioned so that they work just as good as new. When a carbon fiber panel has a hole that gets wallowed out or broken, it doesn’t necessarily mean that it is a throw away.
