We all know here that a big GM can be made to dance with the proper amount of vitamins and minerals shoved underneath the hood. From Lohnes’ Buford through that LSA-powered beast we showed you earlier this year, the only real hinderance between that car up for a grand or two on Craigslist and glory is a simple fortification of horsepower. And in the South, that’s not just a recipe, that’s a way of life. Yeah, I’m enamored with the Kut Da Check Caprice, but look around when you’re in the Southeast and you’ll find some really monstrous B-bodies that look as used as the day is long but will come out fighting anything that’s in the way. This kind-of silver, kind-of primer Caprice is the Boost Doctor Chevy. It’s known to have well over a thousand horsepower on tap from a twin-turbo 6.0L-based build and it’s got plates on it. It’s street legal. It’s got all of the interior save for the headliner, which didn’t make it back into the car when the tubes went in. And it’ll hike the front end up on launch. What more do you need to know?
Getty up! You have to applaude the build…twin turbo LS goodness stuffed in a tried and true B body wrapper…get that large barge out on the streets and put a hurt on some newer “faster” cars 🙂
