Not the kid’s stuff that tasted like bubblegum, but more along the lines of that bottle of original Listerine that Grandpa had on the sink counter in his bathroom. What were your first memories of that experience? Yes, besides the burning sensation that made you wonder if Grandpa was a badass who gargled with raw gasoline before he got dressed to face the day. Your mouth burned, all right, but did it make a statement? Did it do the job? Yes, it did. And your breath was never fresher.

That’s what this Buick Regal is like. The minty green color lulls you in. The race fuel smell adds to the effect. Sure, it’ll run…it’s at the strip on slicks ready to run, right?
