And despite the fact that he is supposed to be working for TCI, builders of some pretty bad ass chassis and suspension systems, he always seems to snap photos to send to us. Somehow I think we are the guys coming out ahead on this on Jason, but I won’t tell your boss if you won’t.

If you like small tire racing, really small tire racing, and even some big tire drag racing, you’ll dig the stuff at a West Coast Hot Rod Association race. Our favorite has got to be the 8.5 racing which is insane stuff given their tiny little tires. Wheels up launches, tons of nitrous, and not so straight passes are the norm, which make them super fun to watch. Of course there are plenty of other classes running as well, but the heads up stuff is clearly our favorite like the Drag Radial and 10.5 classes.

And if you like drama, look no further than this weekends racing. In 8.5 some dude got timed out by the autostart system after sitting for 4 seconds and Norman Chang in True 10.5 apparently did 3 burnouts, was still allowed to run, and then later disqualified. As if that wasn’t enough, further “discussions” led to Norman’s win being reinstated! Jason got good stuff, so take a look and see what you missed!
