704 Outlaws has been popular and cool since its inception. This series has great racing action and that’s partially because of the way the rules are put together. With two small-tire classes, one for 275/28×10.5 tire cars with steel roof and quarters, all body parts, and no restrictions on engine and transmission combos. The second class has a bunch of rules on combos, weights for those combos, etc. It has made for a very competitive series that has way more variety than you might normally expect.
