We’ve shared lots of photos and video from Hot Rod Magazine’s Drag Week 2025, and there are jillions of folks who have seen the insane wheelstands that Finnegan was doing in Blasphemi this year. There was no plan to do these giant wheelies, but with all the added power and reset rear suspension, this car was ready to rock at a level it had never been at before. But what do you do when the thing wants to stand on the bumper for two or three gears on each pass down the track?

Hot Rod Drag Week is the pinnacle of “drag and drive” racing. It was the first event of it’s kind and it’s proven over its 20 year history to be one of the toughest weeklong racing events to complete. I’m proud to say that we indeed drove every inch of the 800 mile route, stopped at every checkpoint, and made passes down all four drag strips. We also did an untold number of mind-bending, chassis-twisting, back breaking wheelies. This video is presented by Holley Performance. Check it out.
