(Photos by David Whealon) Paap, Salemi, Denton, Powers, Lannigan and McGee grab wins at the PDRA East Coast Nationals, and we’ve got great photos from David Whealon showing all the action and excitement from GALOT. When you think about PDRA Racing, you clearly think awesome door car drag racing. If you aren’t familiar, the PDRA separates their biggest classes based on power adders. So while you might see some series running nitrous, turbo, and supercharged Pro Mods together, they are run in their own classes here. Many love this format because it keeps the variety in the sport, rather than having a race where everyone is running just one or two power adder combos because the rules favor it.
With PDRA you get all the variety and all the action as big names, and newbies alike, battle it out at some of your favorite dragstrips. Congrats to all the winners, and thanks to David for sharing photos as always.
