Not only are the Reynolds family covering Rocky Mountain Race Week in full for you guys, but Kyle and the crew at 1320Video are tagging along as well, making not only the races but the drives from track to track, seeing the sights, enjoying the roads, and looking out for racers whose luck might have finally ran out on the way to the next turn at the Christmas Tree. After leaving Bandimere Speedway in Morrison, Colorado, the racers make a trek southward to Pueblo Motorsports Park. By direct route via Interstate 25, so long as traffic isn’t a factor, that’s about two hours of cruising. And if you think for a second that’s the route taken, you need to get out more. The racers got treated to the Rocky Mountains via the drive between the two points, which most certainly did not use Interstate 25. Roasting brakes, steep inclines and some very sketchy curves will make even the most steel-nerved driver dial back the bravado a bit, don’t you think?
