This vs That: 1000hp Ford F-150 “Gator” Drag Races A K-Swapped 900hp Honda Civic

Sometimes Hoonigan’s This vs That series of videos feature some very odd competitors, and that’s sort of the point in our minds. We love seeing the oddball matchups and this one here, on the surface anyway, is definitely that. We’re looking at an all-wheel drive F-150 that features a built Coyote with twin turbos and beadlocks and slicks all the way around. Apparently there is also some nitrous on board “in case”. In the other lane will be the “underdog” which is the K-swapped Honda Civic. It only makes 900, compared to the 1,500-2,000 we expect to exist in the F-150, but it also weighs at least 1,000 lbs less than that truck too. Oh and did we forget to mention that the Civic is also all-wheel drive? Yeah, this might be fun.

Video Description:

Undefeated racer (at least on this show) Beto @ONDGAS returns from far-off Houston, and he’d like you all to meet Gator. Gator’s a simple “stock built” build with twin turbochargers, built Coyote engine, beadlock wheels for grip and “some” nitrous… “if we need it.” Meanwhile Robert’s Civic has a sweet K20 engine swap, a honkin’ 72mm Precision turbo, and is required by NHRA law to have a parachute. Who’s gonna win? And who’s lyin’??
