I’d Drive It! CRAZY HAYABUSA POWERED PIAGGIO APE – IS THIS THE CRAZIEST CAR IN THE WORLD? The Motor Addicts Seem To Think So.

These little three-wheeled wonders, regardless of manufacturer, or often referred to as a Tuk Tuk. This is the Thai word for them, but it is relatively universal. Wikipedia’s definition and description are below. Suffice it to say that these little bastards are designed to haul people and goods as cheaply and efficiently as possible, usually while swarming through throngs of traffic with millions of others. So who in their right mind would put a Hyabusa engine in one? Our kind of people, that’s who.

The Motor Addicts are featuring this one and wonder if it just might be the craziest “car” in the world. I think it’s brilliant and would drive the hell out of it.

Watch the video and let us know what you think.

Wikipedia Definition:

An auto rickshaw is a motorized version of the pulled rickshaw or cycle rickshaw. Most have three wheels and do not tilt. They are known by many terms in various countries including autoauto rickshawbaby taximototaxipigeonjonnybeebajajchand garilapatuk-tuktum-tumKeke-napepMaruwa3wheelpragyabao-baoeasy bikecng and tukxi.

The auto rickshaw is a common form of transport around the world, both as a vehicle for hire and for private use. They are especially common in countries with tropical or subtropical climates, since they usually are not fully enclosed, and are found in many developing countries because they are relatively inexpensive to own and operate. There are many different auto rickshaw designs. The most common type is characterized by a sheet-metal body or open frame resting on three wheels; a canvas roof with drop-down side curtains; a small cabin at the front for the driver operating handlebar controls; and a cargo, passenger, or dual purpose space at the rear. Another type is a motorcycle that has an expanded sidecar or, less often, is pushing or pulling a passenger compartment.

Video Description:

We catch up with @EVILGT Ben at his unit as we are getting probably the most craziest cars we have ever had on the channel, a Hayabusa Powered Piaggio Ape or as peaople will say Tuk Tuk. Knowing Ben, he is one of the worst passengers we know along side owen who is also not a good passenger, we though we would send them both out in this Superbike Engine Swapped 3 wheeler, which is capable of going over 150mph.
