A few months ago we showed you a 1964 Nova that was being built on a Hamke Late Model chassis for the Vintage Outlaws racing series and it was only about midway through the build and we already were in love with it. Well, now it is all but done and we’re even more in love! With the offset chassis and all the killer details this is one bad hot rod and we are sure that it will be a riot to watch racing around a paved oval. This is the kind of stock car racing we’d love to watch. The fact that that body is steel makes it looks so damn cool, but we sure do wonder just how crappy it will be when some rubbing goes down and this thing isn’t nearly as pretty anymore.
But it certainly wouldn’t look right otherwise. Can you believe how far the right side wheels and tires hang out? This is greatness. If you missed the first video, it is below this current update so you can see what you missed.
Stupid. Hack up vintage tin to smash it up the first time out.
Brilliant.
No. Stupid is building a old car and only taking it to a car show.
