Growing up my Uncle Butch raced a 1967 Chevelle 300 Deluxe in NHRA Stock Eliminator, setting records and winning races with a 275 horsepower 327 combo with a Powerglide backing it up. It too was a bench seat car like this one, and I loved everything about it. Bench seat, post, and nothing fancy is what a 300 Deluxe is all about. They were the plane brown wrapper version of the Chevelle and were meant to be the affordable version found at the dealership.
We think they rule. And this particular one is greatness. Look at the stance thanks to the Air Ride, the engine compartment looks great with the small block sitting right where it should, and the Boyds wheels set off the perfect light blue you expect on one of these.
The small block is a 400 horse crate motor which means it will move out just fine, and is backed by a TH400 for a bullet proof combo. We love the fact that they paint isn’t perfect because that way we won’t be afraid to drive it. Overall this thing has plenty of good stuff and we know it would make a great hot rod cruiser or pro touring machine.

1967 300 deluxe post,I took this car in on trade with another for a race car,It was as you see it when traded with the exception of the motor and trans so my knowledge is limited as to some particulars.I removed original motor and replaced it with a 400 horse stroker motor.Cars paint is driver quality with some chips and prior paint blending.Great overall driver with tire shredding power.Interior is real nice,with 4 speaker receiver.Has blinker indicator built into mirrors.Air ride system.18/20 boyd wheels with yokohama tires(300)miles.Posi rear end with 3:30 gear.4 wheel cpp disk brakes with wildwood master cylinder.Motor specs:.010 block,eagle rotating assemble,pro comp aluminum heads,sealed power pistons,shorty stainless headers,voodoo cam,performer intake,750 edelbrock carb,msd dist.500 series cpp power steering pump,be cool radiator,Billet serpentine belt pulleys,aluminum reverse rotation hv water pump.Edelbrock hv fuel pump.Crossover exhaust with flowmaster mufflers.400 turbo with trans specialties converter 1800-2000 rpm stall.Car runs great.Brand new motor and trans 75 miles.Im sure I have missed something so please ask questions.I will not disclose reserve!!God bless our troops and god bless America!
