This 2003 S2000 has a giant dose of awesome V8 power under the hood instead of the 10,000 rpm 4-banger that came in it, and we totally approve. Don’t get me wrong, the stock combo is a riot, but nothing like putting an LS under the hood. To some this is a sacrilege, to us it’s all about hot rodding and that means big power, light weight, and fun. Win, win, win, we’re sure this S2000 has all of that in spades.
We approve of the 383 cubic inch LS combo, as it makes real torque and horsepower in a combination that is as reliable as it gets, even if racing it on a regular basis. It’s backed by a T56 and the original rear has been swapped for an 8.8 center section so you know it can handle the extra power. Again, this thing should be a bulletproof riot.
