Am I the only one that thinks the list of nine is funny? No? Anyway. So here are the 9 cars that our friends at Goodwood say are the best looking cars Germany ever produced. Do you think there is another one that belongs in the top 9? Or what car would you choose to put in the number 10 spot? It’s funny to think on this list for a couple of reasons. First, I’m not a huge German car nut, so I just don’t know enough history of those brands to know any of the obscure and historic models outside the big players like Porsche and Mercedes. But given that Germans have been building really well made cars for a long time, you’d think there have to be at least a few that are super cool and sexy.

Think Mercedes W124. ‘Engineering’ is an almost erotic word to them. However, painting all German cars with the same efficient brush would be a massive disservice to them.
