Everyone has seen the floorplan meme that was made for car guys, showing a single bedroom and bathroom in the corner of a GIANT warehouse sized garage, that says something about being the perfect ratio of home to garage, and it’s not wrong. At least not in a car guys eyes. But the reality is that folks like a house, especially if you have a family that needs their space as well. But what if you have BOTH. Yeah, the nice house AND a giant 8,000 square foot shop? Yeah, that’s the dream right!
Well in the video below, the 1320 Video crew visits Kong’s amazing shop for a full tour of the building and most of the 20 or so cars he’s got on the property. We love big shop spaces like this and while it sometimes sounds crazy to have this much room, we all know that any car girl or guy will find a way to fill it with toys, projects, parts, and more!

We’re back with another episode of 1320Garages, and this time we reunite with an old friend — Kong. We first met him nearly 15 years ago at the original Texas Invitational Roll Race, where he rolled in with a drop-top Foxbody and absolutely shocked everyone by taking on a lineup of supercars.
Today, he walks us through his MASSIVE 8,000 sq/ft garage, which sits right next door to his house… and is somehow even bigger than it. The place is packed with projects, memories, and a few surprises that show just how deep his love for racing and cars really goes.
