How The Hell Does A 1982 Corvette End Up In Iceland?

How The Hell Does A 1982 Corvette End Up In Iceland?

Watch this video from the gang at Petrolicious and you’ll find out! It makes sense we guess, after all it is a Vette which means way less to rust out since it’s all fiberglass. And based on the roads in the video, it looks like there are some scenic drives that are certainly Corvette worthy.

But one of the things that the owner of this car tells us early in the video, is something that seems to be universal. Regardless of where you are, Iceland or otherwise, people seem to gravitate towards old American muscle. The owner talks about the smiles, the compliments, and the interest in the car because people know it but aren’t used to seeing one.

In typical Petrolicious fashion this video is expertly created. Check it out.

We have at least one military base there. My old neighbor was stationed there in the late 80s and left his 85 Shelby Lancer there when he came home.

Always wondered if that thing was still running? If it is it would eat that Vette.
