I’ve been lucky enough to visit a lot of race tracks over the years. There are a lot of them left, so sometimes I feel like it isn’t that much, but then I think about how many regular folks wish they had gotten to see as many as I have. Some of them have been more memorable than others, and I realize that the reason is usually because of the history and stories I know. Each time I went to a track for the first time, knowing some cool bit of history, it made the whole trip more fun.
