This seems like a really good deal to us! This 1954 Short Bed F100 has great patina, looks really solid, and has all kinds of great parts ready to finish it. It’s got a complete 2003 Ford Crown Vic 4.6 liter mod motor setup with matching overdrive trans, already installed Crown Vic aluminum front cradle assembly so that it has IFS with big brakes and the whole deal. Out back is the positraction rear end from the same Crown Vic, and everything else needed to make it a runner.

To us this seems like the great project to get down just low enough to be cool, do a couple mild hop ups to the 4.6, and then cruise it in patina with steelies on it. Sort of the sleeper feel because people won’t expect it to run and drive as nice as it will with this combo under it. And at $4500 it seems like one hell of a deal!
