We’re not sure if this one was actually an armed forces vehicle or not, or if it was just a government owned machine that came in full trim. We’re leaning towards this thing being a government services truck of some kind like a highway, forest service, or parks and rec truck because of the low miles. (Check out the photos of the sticker and plaque talking about the components and specs.) We kind of like that it probably wasn’t an Army truck because it means this thing had good maintenance and probably got the oil changed based on hours not miles. It’s got all the good parts too, which is why we dig it! One of these makes a killer ramp truck, although this one being four-wheel drive makes that a bigger challenge and would be weird. The worst thing on this truck are the hideous wheels, and we’d ask if we could buy it without them and bring our own steelies. This truck is begging for a big lift, some beefing up of components, horsepower, and big steelies. Mmmm, we can imagine it parked in our driveway right now!
