I’m a Chevrolet guy to the core, but when I saw this 1967 Ford F-100 on Craigslist it just spoke to me. This is what a shop truck should be like. Lowered just a bit, rough enough not to care, but no so rough as to look like junk. This one has the look, the patina, that only comes from working hard it’s whole life. And we approve. It still has the stock 6 cylinder in it, with a 4-speed on the floor, and the interior is in surprisingly good looking shape. The bed looks like it earned every bit of unpainted steel, and we are sure there are plenty of stories this one could tell.
If you were so inclined, you could swap the 6 cylinder a 4-speed out for something modern and cool, but we have to say we would be hard pressed to swap out the engine unless it took a crap which is not very likely. Sure we might do an overdrive for better freeway driving, but otherwise this one is pretty amazing.

Nope…not even close. Maybe at $5,000.
He lost me with, “I’m a Chevy guy to the core”. Anything else he said would simply have made me dismiss his comments as bad judgement.
Way to expensive with the stock drivetrain…
That sounds like “east coast” pricing rather than where it’s located. Trucks are huge down here in the southeast and the prices reflect it….Neat truck though. I’d love to eventually find a 71-72 Ranger XLT to replicate the service station work truck my Dad had back when I was a kid.
Hmm custom I beams out front and it still looks like the camber is off .
I had a 69 or a 70 way back when and that thing would wear the front tires while it was sitting in front of the house. It got worse when I would drive it. Everyone I knew who had one or knew someone who had one bitched about the front tires not lasting very long. It didn’t get any better into the 70’s either. If your buying it to look at you will be fine.
I dig it
