This Sunday’s CBS Sports Network broadcast of the SCORE Imperial Valley 250 has got us all excited to watch crazy Trophy Truck and Desert Racing action, but we just can’t wait! And neither should you, so we have put together some great videos from Robby Gordon’s recent adventures at the Baja 500 in Mexico last weekend. We saw all kinds of footage of Robby running over 125 miles per hour across the desert with crazy bastards standing only feet away from the race course for a chance to get as close the action as possible. As stupid as that sounds, we hate to admit that we’ve been right there doing the same thing!

These videos will give you a taste of what it’s like out in the desert, or introduce you to another way to use 800 plus horsepower. We’d sell a kid or two, and maybe a testicle, to get the funds to build and drive a Trophy Truck in the Baja 1000, but we’re pretty sure that neither of those options are legal here in the states. Damn laws.
