Trophy Trucks have traditionally been 2-Wheel Drive machines, but there has been a push in recent years for 4-wheel drive as well. The challenge with 4-wheel drive is getting enough suspension travel to make the truck work, without tearing apart axles and CV Joints as the front suspension cycles. When Nick Nelson built this thing, he started with a chassis that was completely designed in Solid Works before any tubing was even purchased. This thing was planned to the last detail, and it shows in how it looks and how it works. It has been raced hard across the desert and still looks awesome. Oh yeah and that 900 horsepower comes from 471 Cubic Inches of LS power under the front end. This sucker makes real steam.
In this video you’ll see him hooning this sucker all over the street and talking about sending it off to Saudi Arabia for an event that will likely result in it not coming home. I’m pretty sure someone will have to own this one. I mean who wouldn’t want to go haul ass across the most amazing sand dunes in history behind the wheel of this beast? I for one would love to take it for a ride with a set of paddles out back.
Check out the video and let us know what you think. Wouldn’t you love to have some fun in this one?
It looked in nice shape would you take $300.50 for it?
Thinkin’ that’s throwin’ the kitchen sink+ at a truck, well thought out and constructed, it’s pure beast mode..It’s going to be a very expensive toy for someone who can afford it.
