And here we thought a crew cab ramp truck would be the ultimate cool two rig. Man we might have been wrong! With 6 doors, we’re not even sure what to call this thing? Is it is a Double Crew Cab? I don’t know, but whatever you call it the thing is big and we approve. With a 19 foot Hodges bed on it, THE name is Ramp Truck bodies, it’s a cool ride. If you had three bench seats in it then you could haul as many as 9 people. 3 rows of buckets makes it a 6 seater. If it was ours there would be buckets up front and two bench seats out back with the very back laying down as a bed. This is the ultimate cross country hauler for sure.
The seller has given very little information, but we’re going to make the assumption that it is 454 powered and backed by a TH400. Not the best mileage combo, but nothing will be with a truck this big. With that said we might be convinced that a Cummins swap would be in order. As usual we have things we would want to do to this thing, but overall it’s just too damn cool!
What do you think? It is a 1975 which means that even here in California you can do anything you want to it. Hmmmmm
