We’ve lived this, and yet the video still makes me cringe. The Baja 500 and 1000 starts are some of the craziest racing I’ve ever seen. In the video here, which shows the Ele Motorsports Trophy Truck #38 from the start, through town, into the wash, out of the wash, through more town, and then finally out of town, you will see people entirely too close for comfort, and a big truck hauling as through some spots you wouldn’t attempt at 30 in your daily driver. It’s scary, and it’s AWESOME!!!
The energy level really does feel like electricity in the air. Baja in something you have to live to believe.
