You can knock on Dodge trucks all you want to for rusting, but when you get one running right, you could drag a mountain across the yard in 4-lo and second gear just fine. Proof of that point is in this collection of video clips from Oregon. As far as we’re able to tell, all of these trucks were owned by the same individual, who seems to have a build pattern for his pulling trucks: mostly pre-1972 Dodges with a stout motor, four-speed and four-wheel drive, with a strong lean towards big-block power. We love it when the announcer reads off his hobbies: “street racing”. Our kind of dude! None of these machines are show queens, and all of them make glorious noises as they drag the sled, which is perfect for drowning out the announcer. We’d be hard-pressed to decide which one we’d want to own more!

I want the step side with teh small block….
