Watch This Nearly-Stock YJ Wrangler Show The Mud Trucks How It’s Done

Mud truck are serious business. Big lifts, strong axles, tractor tires, and a screamer of an engine making all sorts of power are the needed to move a heavy truck through a good mud bog, especially if it’s the kind of mud that sticks to everything. You know the kind…the stuff that can suck the shoe right off of your foot and can swallow a truck whole, no matter how bad of a ride it is.

Don’t tell that to the owner of this YJ Wrangler, however. Compared to the some other trucks at the pit, it looks nearly stock. As it creeps toward the mud pit you can almost hear the doom music playing, especially with the large tractor and bulldozer are busy extracting other trucks out of the mire. But once he pulls in, it’s on, and that Wrangler goes swimming with the best of them. It’s not quick about it and there’s a couple of moments where you wonder if it finally bit off more than it could chew, but you better believe that the owner knows exactly what to do. It’s always cool to see the underdog win, and this Jeep is nothing but win.
