Every day, on the highways and Interstates of America, millions of semi-trucks drag around all sorts of freight. From a flatbed of lumber to food to electronics, semi tractors run all over the country. Day in and day out, they perform the burden that carries the economy. That requires power, torque, and stout equipment that can hold up to performance under load. Hmm…sounds like the perfect recipe for a pulling truck! We love seeing the multi-engined tractors go from zero to “Holy..!” but watching these rigs drag the sled down the dirt is almost better, because these rigs can unhook that tow bar from the fifth wheel and go hook to a trailer and run a load anywhere in the country…well, except that first Peterbilt. That sudden stop situation at the end of it’s pull pretty much says that the next place it will go will be a shop for some axle work…
