      time to mark.... first grind

      then blue
wait, first get interrupted by my year old tiny puppy dog

      now blue

      then trim the inner fender...

      100th test fit

      and from another direction

You're fortunate to have an inspector. I'm completely on my own out in the shop.

more fitting, huge problem.... the fender, above the wheelwell, bows out so I need to figure out how to clamp it in place to get the gentle curve

Any internal access for a wedge or prybar? either that or, use a stud welder to apply a hook to pull from… just don’t apply too much pressure and kink it….

an issue to deal with.... I need to shrink the metal above the patch

however first step is to make the fender fit... which, coincidentally means getting rid of rust

a bit more trimming and it'll be just right

                more hard to distinguish work
how about I start with where I walked away tonight... getting closer

fun how easily it is to alight panels with a BFH and block of wood

                where it started

before I whacked the door forward

aforementioned BFH and block of wood

where I started but still have a ways to go
