Yep folks, another little dragstrip is for sale. Actually this one includes a 2.23 mile road course as well. And don’t forget 180 acres of tillable farm land that is currently planted with soy beans. The is 205 acre facility is actually pretty cool, we know because we’ve race there. We were there last year with Kyle Loftis, Scott Clark, Doc McIntyre, Jeff McConnell, Joey Grier, and a slew of other Hot Rod Drag Weekers during the 1320Video Ice Cream Cruise and Drag Race. It’s an epic event that literally draws thousands and thousands of people from the Omaha area.
In fact, most of them meet up in a parking lot in town with their bitchin hot rods, trucks, or whatever, stop for ice cream, and then caravan down to Mid America Motorplex where the State Police have to close off one exit in order to keep the backup to a minimum on the freeway. It’s huge, crazy, and fun.
So, who wants to own a dragstrip in Iowa just outside of Omaha?

This is what I was saying last weekend Chad… You need to come buy it so we know it will stay a race track… We have an event there this weekend and it could be the last one we ever see at MAM… Going to be sad if my local track is gone…

Just keep them d**n trucks and 4 wheel drives off of the racing surfaces. Run them through the beans if you must, but not on the asphalt please…..
Id like to know what makes the most revenue, the track or the farm. I’m betting on the farm, you can’t get subsides for the asphalt!
