Led Zeppelin’s “Trampled Underfoot” is all about cars. Or love. Hmmmm. Or is it? The song was supposedly written during a jam session sometime in 1972 and then later recorded on the 1975 album Physical Graffiti. The song talks about metal under the hood, leather interior, the transmission and more. Apparently it wasn’t just car guys that got it since it was able to reach #38 on the Billboard Top 100 in 1975. There are lots of great lines in this one, what are your favorites?
