Bees are good for many things: beeswax has many uses, honey is very delicious, they pollinate flowers and assist in the creation of food. Bees have two downsides: they swarm and they sting. The swarming part occurs when a new queen is ready to make a nest. Along with a large group of worker bees, they scout out en masse for a new location to create a nest. Unfortunately for the owner of this Subaru, the hoodscoop and intercooler became a prime location and the swarm started building.
It’s common knowledge around here that I am not a fan of anything with a stinger on it’s backside, so after the initial heart attack and wind sprint from the car, I’d be on the phone in half a second for the local beekeeper to come get his new colony while I’d be on Google searching “how to remove honey from an intercooler”.
Your Subaru has been invaded by bees…what are your first words?
Mine: Go find that cop car again. That was great!
Boy, those flat-fours have a distinctive buzz to them…
Definitely ” NOT ” my idea of a super – bee
“Yenko Stinger” for the next generation.
Ham with a Honey Glaze
That’s what you get for using “Honeycomb mesh” on the intercooler scoop.
“Bees……….Why did it have to be bees”
like flies on…………………..
A WRX-STI!! Swwwwwwwwwweeeeeeeeeeeeeet!!
Meh. Take a few hot laps of the nearest cloverleaf interchange, see how many bees are left (alive).
Hey, check out my new car. I got a honey of a deal!
