This is pretty much what a Craftsman Truck would look like circa 1971, and that’s awesome to us. This Ford F100 makes the right noises, dances properly, and rips through the cones of this Texas autocross like it’s the boss of the place. Forget your Miatas and Mustangs, this bumpside Ford is the ruler of this track. Disagree and your insolence will be shouted down by the big-block lurking underneath that hood. Get in the way of its march to glory and you will be mowed over like a rogue road cone. As far as that manic laughter? That would be the driver of the truck and his passenger, soaking up every glorious second as the Ford hangs its tail out for the whole world to see. Bow, peasants, to your king.
