Holy hell, does this 1969 Mach 1 look purposeful. Goodyear slicks at all four corners, a slightly enlarged scoop on the hood, and dark green paint…oof, be still our hearts. There isn’t an ounce of subtlety to this car. It wouldn’t matter if it was painted Torch Red and had a blower sticking through the hood, somehow it would lose a little bit of credit in the process. This Mach 1 looks like it was the car that sat in the back corner of the meet up before racing commenced in the darker part of town. It wasn’t a common sight on the starting line, because nobody wanted to square up with it. This car wasn’t inviting a race, it was a deterrent to anyone who thought they could come claim the title. Some cars are as braggadocios as a top-level fighter ramping up for a big show. This Mach 1 isn’t that guy. This is the big guy at the corner of the bar who only has two words to say to anyone, the last word being “you”, and if you don’t stop bothering him, you’re gonna get one hell of a haymaker.

CHASSIS  Tubbed and shock tower kit, Drag front shocks and springs, Rear frame section with tie bars, Roll cage with both removable door bars, Lightweight seat and 5 point harness, Floors pans have been replaced, lift off fiberglass hood with boss 429 scoop, 8 gal fuel cell, electric pump, battery cut off switch and extra bracing on front suspension. 2 sets of wheels and tires. 4 Weld Pro Star with Goodyear 31X14-15 like new slicks and 28×4.5-15 front runners. 4 Weld drag lite with Mickey Thompson 29×15.50-15 and 215/70-15 street tires. Factory installed disc brakes on front and drum rear.

Interior  Have nice factory seats. Still has factory back seat installed. Has console and extra gauges including shift light. Headliner in car with small sewn area.
