I love feature videos and when we get to check out a ride like this little Model A coupe, man it just makes my heart go pitter patter. The fact that this was built in the States, but traveled across the water to New Zealand is a pretty cool story too. What’s interesting is what had to change to make it legal there and how different it is from Australia where it is even more strict on street equipment.

The tale of the Copperhead Coupe. This epic little Model A looked bang on when Andrew spotted it for sale in the USA. New Zealand’s road rules are a very different beast however, and so began the big challenge of getting the coupe legal here while keeping those killer aesthetics and attitude intact
