If you have never been around a professional photo shoot, it probably doesn’t go the way most people think. There is a lot of shuffling cars, a lot of waiting, a lot of clicking. One of the things that might surprise folks is that there are times when a photographer is trying to get certain effects so they will shoot the same shot but with multiple exposure variations, lighting variations, etc. It’s pretty cool actually, and proof that a photographer is NOT the same as someone who shoots pictures. We can all do the latter with our phones, but that doesn’t make us professional photographers like John.
