An Awesome Henry J Gasser Project We Found On Craigslist And Want Bad!

An Awesome Henry J Gasser Project We Found On Craigslist And Want Bad!

Gassers are cool. And Henry J’s are cool as gassers, so when we found this one on Craigslist here in Southern California we started drooling immediately. It’s got some cool patina to it as well, which always turns out crank, but we’re sure that one of you BangShifters out there can really turn this bad boy up and make it into something special. There are a bunch of pictures of it in the original listing, but we’ve got a good sample here for you to check out too. It looks to be a really solid car, and it’s already got a solid axle up front for you. We’re not sure if it’s of a “race ready” design, or redneck engineering, but we sure want you to buy it so we can find out. We’d throw a Hemi in it if we wanted to be like everyone else, but since we usually don’t we’ll probably go with something a little whackier like an injected Cross Ram equipped 413, or a 426 Max Wedge with a 4 speed, or something else equally as weird.

By the way, the rear quarters on this car are so perfect with that wheel and tire combo that it defies description. Please don’t let us look at it anymore, it will just make it harder to walk away.

What would you do with it? Let us know.

I am too “Hemi” Tom. But My wife says I don’t need another car until I get the 4 project I haven’t started yet done. I’d go with a blown 572 Hemi and 4 speed. Of course that’s after I got out of the hospital.
