I don’t know why they call them hoverboards, after all they sit on the ground the entire time. But this is a real deal hovercraft. Like float on land or water or snow or whatever the hell else you want to pull it across. I remember playing with toy hovercrafts as a kid and thinking how bad ass it would be to have the real thing. Imagine how cool the commute to work would be if you could cut across the occasional field or pond instead of waiting in the line of cars everyone else is forced to drive to work. This could be epic.

Registration?
For a hovercraft?
Probably registered as a motorboat.
When it comes to hoverboards, I’ve alternated between disappointment that they don’t really hover, and terror at imagining what would happen if you tried to stop a for-real hoverboard on the steep hills we have around here.
