This is one of those cool cars that you just want to hear the story behind because you know it has a good one to tell. Luckily for us, we know the dude selling this one. He’s become one of SoCal’s best “finders” of old iron and has people calling him all the time to tell him about cool cars like this that might be available. This particular 1954 Chrysler New Yorker is 331 Hemi powered and has only 55,000 miles on the clock. It has been sitting since 1992 and is ready for a restoration. According to Jay this sucker was pretty simple to get up and running, but it does not drive.
Just look at the inside of this thing. As a Chrysler, it was the top of the line model for Mopar then and has all kinds of cool high end features like handles in the back seat, fancy ashtrays, stainless trim, and more.
