Newell Ruggles was either the first or second contributor to BangShift.com, as he was even helping us out back in the CarJunkieTV days. Newell is a SoCal resident and super committed car junkie for sure and was at the Mooneyes Christmas Party Show on Saturday. He shot a couple hundred photos that he sent over yesterday and we’ve got the first half of them up for you to check out today, with more coming tomorrow. I’m not sure which one of Newell’s cool hot rods were his mode of transportation for this particular weekend, but I’m sure I would have been glad to drive any of them. He’s quickly turning into the next Freiburger with all his cars, with the big difference being his get done really quickly. Probably has something to do with the fact that the family business is towing and bodyshops. Some people have all the luck.
