What a weekend! The 2012 Holley NHRA National Hot Rod Reunion was full of surprises, cool cars, and bitchin nostalgia drag racing action. Brian and Chad were once again on the scene shooting BangShift’s exclusive FREE LIVE Streaming Video and a ton of cool photos. We’ve also got big news about another NHRA Hot Rod Reunion that is coming in 2013!
While Thursday was killer, Friday and Saturday saw completely packed stands and hundreds of different cars at the show and in the staging lanes, and we caught it all.
But the most exciting thing we found out over the weekend is that New England Dragway, in Epping, New Hampshire is not only getting an NHRA National Event in 2013, but they are also getting an NHRA Hot Rod Reunion Event sometime in the fall of that same year! Of course that means that our East Coast home track, which Brian announces at, will be the site of yet another BangShift FREE LIVE Streaming Video broadcast. We have been going to Bowling Green, KY for the Hot Rod Reunion for 5 years now and every year it is amazing. I am sure the live stream is amazing but nothing like the vibration from the burn outs, the smell of the burning rubber, and the even though it is usually very warm it is ALWAYS a great trip with good friends, spectacular show cars, and fast drag cars. Anyone who is in to drag racing should experience Beech Bend at least once in their life time!
