December means more than car parts under the tree for Southern California residents, it also means it’s time for the John Force Racing Holiday Car Show and Toy Drive 2010. Yorba Linda, home to John Force Racing, is packed with traffic control officers, hot rods, and race cars of all kinds in preparation for the annual event, and this years was no different. We were on site to check out all the action, see the entire Force Racing crew, and shoot a few hundred photos of the hottest cars in Southern California.
Besides being a great show, the John Force Holiday Car Show collects new toys for the California Highway Patrol’s ChiPs for Kids toy drive. With entry for your show car being a new unwrapped toy, it’s not only a great event, but also a great deal for a good cause. The cool thing about Force’s show is the amazing amount of cars and the diverse group that all comes together in one place. While Hot Rods and Muscle Cars are certainly the biggest group, you’ll also find a lot of custom trucks, Cobras, Street Rods, and even some great exotics from Ferrari of Newport. No matter what you like, you’ll find it here. And whether you are a Force fan or not, there is plenty to see in the Force Racing Shop Tour. Cars being built, maintained, machined, or shown are everywhere at Force Station. It’s a cool day for sure.
We’ve got over 250 photos of the cars on hand to check out in our gallery. Click here or on the photos below to see them all.
