Big rpm, big burnouts, wheelstands, gear banging shifts, and heads up racing action make this series something truly special. Lucky for you, our friend Tommy Lee Byrd, aka the Hot Rod Hoarder, was on hand and shooting video because he got some really special stuff. The Southeast Gassers Association kicks off the 2025 season at South Georgia Motorsports Park in Adel, Georgia. Big burnouts, crazy RPM’s, wheel stands, wild action, close racing and more…and it’s all heads up first to the finish line racing. You’ll see Tri-Five Chevys, Henry J’s, Anglias, Willys, Falcons and even a Volvo. Action includes A/Gas, B/Gas, C/Gas, H/Gas, Super Stock and A/FX, all done in period correct appearance. The best part of all is they’re all manual transmissions. The SEGA season opener was an exciting day of gasser racing action.
