I’ve been pretty lame when it comes to writing my weekly editorial column here at the Junkyard. It’s supposed to happen every week at this time, but trust me, I have a long list of excuses as to why they have not ever been on time. At least I’m better than Chad, which brings us to another opportunity to thank Brian Lohnes for being the most blog-tastic member of the FJY.com gang.
Aside from our opinion columns, we’ve done a pretty good job of hitting our goals for the other regularly scheduled blog items, so I thought it was time to point out to you that we do, in fact, have a scheme here. The schedule of stuff you can expect to see each week looks like this (all times being PST):

In addition, of course, we try to feed in all the extra news and feature items that we can. In fact, if you have good dirt or neat photos that you think other viewers might like to see, please tip us off by emailing us: [email protected].
Also, in 2009 we’ll be looking for more event coverage. If you’re going to a good show and you’re willing to snap a bunch of photos and donate them to us, please let us know in advance of the event. We’ll tell you how to get to our ftp site, or give you an address to quickly send a cd, and we’ll make a photo album and give you credit. Keep in mind that we may not post every single photo you send, depending on quality and so on.
Overall, the point is that we’re dedicated to keeping the blog pages as active and entertaining as possible, and we’d appreciate your help in getting that done throughout the year.
Merry Christmas, happy New Year, and we’ll see you here for as long as you can possibly stand us.
