Sometimes it is the little things that make a huge difference in any job in your garage or shop. Whether it’s paint and body, welding, maintenance, or any task really, having the right tools makes a huge difference. But the right tools aren’t always expensive, and such is the case with the Strong Hands MagTabs. There are a couple different models of MagTabs, but all of them are incredibly affordable, and amazingly useful. So what the heck do they do?
So how many times have you been trying to hold a tab/plate/or nut on something not flat while also trying to tack weld it in place? If the answer is less than a jillion, you aren’t a real car builder. And if you are trying to squarely and precisely mount a tab on a roll bar or roll cage, forget about it. Well the MagTab takes all the hard work out of it. The MagTab allows you to secure hold tabs, washers, nuts, plates, or anything magnetic, to a piece of tubing or shaped metal. It’s cool as hell, because it is simple to use, allows different alignments, and will hold the part so you can tack weld it comfortably. Win win.
Here is a video showing it in use, from the guys at WeldingTipsAndTricks.com, along with some info from the MagTabs page on Strong Hands Tools.
