This has been a long long road, but it is one hell of a story that puts a smile on your face when you think about what it might be like to see them on the road again. Checker cabs were one of the most iconic yellow cabs in existence, and are still revered by folks when they think about the old pictures, video, and film from Chicago, New York, and San Francisco where Checker cabs were everywhere. Like the little old cabs from the UK, they hold a special place in people’s hearts.
