Poor Whitney Calk. Ms. Calk works for PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals), the group known for promoting a vegan lifestyle by having Pamela Anderson cover her kinky bits with lettuce and having workers dress up as a fish with a hook stuck in it’s mouth to inform kids that Daddy killed Nemo or something as insane. She wanted to put “I love tofu” on her license plate. Ok, other than our distaste for tofu, nothing wrong with that. But the state of Tennessee rejected her license plate on the grounds of vulgarity.
“I…love..to…oh, I see now.” And apparently this is not the first time this particular plate combination has been denied. “ILVTOFU” is banned in Colorado, Virginia and Florida as well, on the same grounds as Tennessee. Whitney was offered suggestions via social media, but decided that she didn’t want to “compromise what was written.” Yes, that is an exact quote.
I could make dirty jokes for miles, but instead I think I want a huge steak burrito.
Thanks to Clay Held for the tip!
And all this time I thought PETA stood for People Eating Tasty Animals….
Damn ! You beat me to it !
The only PETA worth belonging to in my opinion !
They couldn’t give her that plate because it’s reserved for government officials . . . .
Ha!

I love to ___ you ! I’m guessing you already knew that but thought I’d post is anyway 😉
Vegans….not me. If god didn’t want us to eat animals, he wouldn’t have made them out of meat.
From daughters mouth at dinner one night as we were eating lamb , Dad how come all the tasty animals are so cute? Chew on that peta . LMFAO
